Thank you for stopping by! I’m Lauren, Lauren Jill. Named after my Grandmother Jill, a beautifully humble lady that’s lived in Armidale her whole life, who makes the best spaghetti sandwiches. After a friend from high school gave me the nickname LJ, there was nothing more fitting for this little adventure that has grown into something I could of never imagined!
My passion is working with people and families that want to feel something from their photos. I chase authenticity and raw emotion, strip back the worry about a camera being around, we’re not ‘doing a photoshoot’, we’re creating beautiful memories.
My sessions are about capturing the way you are organically and mostly importantly, your story.

My biggest love is what an image can encompass, belly laughs, tiny toes, personalities, perfect imperfections and undeniable bonds. I don’t care for posed photos and perfect hair. I want to get lost in your story.
Let’s go on an adventure, have a picnic, build sandcastles, explore, play or just be. I want to capture you in the most authentic way.
